Understanding why we ask for a gift

For over 10 years Stephen ministered for free. Never taking a single dime for the work of ministry. However you may never have heard of him before because he worked on a local level. Once Stephen decided to accept money into the ministry his name grew before thousands of people which cover over 140 nations in total. This happened because Stephen put money back into the ministry. Money expands everything in the natural. This includes ministry. Thousands of dollars have gone into direct investment for SpeakGodSpeak. Thousands will go into helping others through ministry events, books and other works of the Gospel which will advance the ministry as a whole. Many of the times Stephen is questioned by leaders in the body of Christ why he takes in an offering. It is the same reason why nearly every single minister takes in an offering; to advance the Kingdom of God. They do it by teaching and Pastor a Church. Stephen does it through the prophetic gift and helping others through counsel and teaching. There is no strong difference. The only difference is that the approach is different but in the end both ministry types receive money which advance the message of God within the earth.We accept money because we believe in LUKE 10:7 which says, "A WORKMAN IS WORTHY OF HIS HIRE". Stephens career is that of an author, teacher and speaker. Honor his position as you honor the local Church. Tithing, giving and advancing the Kingdom of God through monetary means is Biblical. People love to use the scripture, "FREELY GIVE & FREELY RECEIVE" yet many of those same people never give; they only take from others. We are interested in forming covenants with people. To benefit there life with the prophetic word and also advancing the message of Christ in the earth. We accept money because our vision is to FINANCE GODS KINGDOM in the earth. Websites cost money,designs cost money, books costs money, radio & Television cost money. Whether you know it or not every successful and popular ministry on the planet is expensive to run. Your gift sustains the ministry. It advances it. That is why we ask for a gift.
